Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Multi-Platform Campaigns: Lead and execute complex performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Omni-Channel Strategy: Develop comprehensive omni-channel strategies to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and measurable ROI.
- Sophisticated Content Management: Curate and produce highly specialized content in both English and Arabic, integrating AI-based tools for optimization.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead a high-performing team, ensuring project execution aligns with strategic goals.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Use machine learning tools to predict campaign effectiveness and perform real-time adjustments.
- AI & Machine Learning: Deep knowledge and practical experience in leveraging AI for performance marketing.
- High-Level Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Expertise in AI and machine learning tools specifically for marketing.
- Proven record of managing high-budget campaigns ($1M+ annually) across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
- Certifications in performance marketing, project management, and AI applications in business are highly desirable.
